These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StillHere service operated by Chris ("StillHere," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting our intake form or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

StillHere provides a family communication support service that enables a dedicated phone number to send and receive text messages on behalf of family members caring for a loved one experiencing stroke or cognitive decline. Responses are AI-assisted and reviewed by StillHere staff.

Not a Medical Service

StillHere is a communication support tool only. It is not a medical service, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical or mental health care. In case of a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. StillHere is not responsible for any medical outcomes related to use of the service.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information during intake. You are responsible for ensuring your loved one's consent to participate in the service. You agree not to use StillHere for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm others.

Consent to Text Messaging

By signing up for StillHere, you and your designated loved one consent to receive text messages from our service number. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at info@stillherealways.com.

Limitation of Liability

StillHere is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.

Privacy

Your use of StillHere is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to StillHere if you violate these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
